I’ve been coming to Pet Method since they opened and this is not your average vet, this is the place you want and NEED to bring your pet for the best care and exceptional experience. I had to put my sweet pup down recently and Dr. Finn and his staff could not have been more caring and compassionate. I would drive out of my way to go to their beautiful practice and get the best care imaginable for my fur baby. I’ve been to a lot of vet clinics after moving so many times so take my word. If you have a pet, you need to go see Dr. Finn. You’ll be blown away at the difference in standard of care and support you’ll receive. "My experience at Pet Method was nothing short of amazing! Our dog has had some very unusual problems and symptoms for about 8+ months now. After thousands of dollars and too many vet visits to count, we were left with no answers or a potential "maybe" from our previous vet. We finally decided to get a second opinion! Dr. Finn and his staff were extremely patient, helpful, and everything my dog mamma heart needed today. From the moment I called and spoke to Sarah, I knew we were in good hands. She spent nearly 20 minutes on the phone just listening to my problems. Once I we arrived, we were greeted by two amazing ladies who made my normally extremely anxious dog, feel comfortable and 100x less anxious than he has ever been at a vet. Dr. Finn then came in and thoroughly assessed him for 30+ minutes, listened to all of my concerns/theories, and never made me feel like he was in a rush to leave the room as there were other patients he needed to get to. We do not have answers but we finally have some potential solutions which is going to make a world of difference for my dog! As crazy as this sounds, I nearly left in tears due to the amount of relief I feel knowing someone is taking my dogs health seriously. I could not recommend this place more! Dr. Finn and his staff are everything you see on TikTok and IG. I am so happy we came to see them today."

"I just wanted to share something with everyone. Over this past weekend my Chihuahua Dolly Parton had to be taken to the Animal ER hospital in McKinney. We haven't lived here long but we had seen Dr. Finn twice, but it was weekend and I only knew of one place to take Dolly. I was scared for her life and of course very emotional, one of the vets there was more concerned with money and not my dog's life, they sent us home with oral medication and said come back if anything changes. Well we came, but ended up taking Dolly back 30 minutes later cause there was no way we were going to be able to give her oral medication. Luckily the Owner of the ER was there and she was absolutely great, she was caring and she helped us, so we left Dolly there for the night. But what really made everything worse was the Vet Assistant telling me that Dr. Finn was no good and they have been telling everyone to stay away from him. I was very confused by hearing this and very upset. Well yesterday morning, a Sunday morning I get a call from Dr. Finn cause he had received an email from the owner of the ER that Dolly had been brought in and I almost didn't answer, due to what I had been told by the Vet Assistant. But I answered the call and I'm really glad I did, Dr. Finn was everything and more then my first impression of him, which was great, he showed me that I was not wrong about him, he took time on a Sunday to reach out to me and help me and that he has been doing, all day yesterday he was in contact with me, helping me, guiding me on what to do for Dolly and is still helping us figure out the best course of action for Dolly. I am angry at the lies being told about Dr. Finn, because they are just that, lies. I wanted to share this with everyone, just in case anyone has been told these lies, I wanted to let everyone one know that Dr. Finn has been wonderful and gone above and beyond to help us. "My dogs absolutely love Pet Method. We used to take them to another pet hospital and they would always end up being terrified after the exam. For example, our older dog, Henry, would cower under the chairs after getting his shot or his nails clipped. At Pet Method, they took their time to make sure he was comfy and gave him lots of treats while also clipping his nails in a quick and neat manner. He ended up snoring afterwards in his exam room! We live in Garland and are gladly driving up to this place because we know that our pets would get the best treatment from Dr. Finn and his staffs. 10/10 would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a vet who truly cares about their pets!"

"All of the staff was so great with our dogs! Our Aussie is a bit more shy and takes some time to warm up but they were extremely patient and provided lots of yummy snacks! "I was very happy that this vet clinic offers a membership so I can have as many vet visits as I need for my pet in a year for just one flat fee. Dr. Finn is awesome and super nice, as well as his staff. I’ve never been to a clinic where the staff literally sat on the floor with my cat trying to get him to come out from hiding and when he did they just stayed sitting on the floor petting him. "Dr. Finn and his crew are absolutely the best! Ever since my last vet left their clinic, my dog, Banana became hesitant again when going to the vet. But after multiple visits to Pet Method, my pup appears to no longer be scared of going. She happily trots in with her tail wagging looking for treats and pets. When we're seen, they get on the ground with her and make sure she's comfortable and not afraid. Even when drawing blood and giving vaccines, they do it effortlessly and without my dog even knowing it happened. I couldn't be happier with my experience there! Highly recommend!"

"We’ll never go anywhere else. The whole staff is so kind and gentle, and my girl (Lya) loves going there. She loves all the people, and they have gone so far above and beyond when she has needed help quickly. The office is clean and calming and does not smell like any chemicals, and everyone is always cheerful and happy to see your furbaby. This is a place run and staffed by people who truly care for your furbabies, and treat them like they would their own. Cannot say enough good things or recommend enough. "Dr. Finn and his team are amazing! I’m new to McKinney and needed to find a vet for my bloodhound Tilly. On her first appointment, Dr. Finn and his team addressed all of the concerns I had and gave me several options of treatment. Surgery was recommended and she was scheduled for surgery the very next day! I am beyond impressed with the sense of urgency and care they have given to Tilly. Dr. Finn and his team really treat your pet like their own! Sarah is so kind and made us feel at home from the first moment we walked in! Kaitlyn is so gentle and sweet with Tilly. She assisted Dr. Finn with surgery and I’m forever grateful. She hung out with Till after surgery, even took her outside until I got there to pick her up. She always takes the time to make sure Tilly is comfortable every time we come in. They all went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and comfortable before, during, and after her surgery. Every appointment is a calm and soothing experience unlike any other vet we have ever been to. Tilly is so comfortable and relaxed when we go now that she fell asleep at her last appointment. "I’ve been following Dr.Finn on tik tok was so impressed to see his love and dedication towards the pets I recently moved to Texas and was so happy to see he was here in the Dallas area went to set up my dog finding myself with an amazing staff the minute you walk in loving and caring once I was taken in to get seen first by his assistant Hannah sweetest girl ever explained everything I needed to know in regards of my dog when Dr .Finn came in it was even more of a peace of mind that my dog is the best hands ever my dog needed to get his vaccines updated the way he handled my dog filled my heart with so much happiness my dog stayed calm and felt the love he was getting. "We have had such a great experience with Pet Method! Sarah and Rebecca were so sweet and wonderful with my pup, she loved them both immediately! Dr. Finn was fantastic to work with. He's every bit as sweet and nice as he seems on social media. He came in and sat on the floor with Ramona and gave her a chance to approach him and get comfortable with him before examining her. For the first time ever I didn't feel at all rushed through a vet appointment. I was able to have a full discussion about her diet and nutritional needs, her recent illness, as well as discussing some other concerns I had. It was a lot to cover in one appointment, and I left feeling so impressed and grateful for all the time and attention we received. The visit was incredibly affordable too. The membership option is such a unique idea- signing up was absolutely a no-brainer. "I took my two dogs here for the first time today. My dog Nugget struggles with anxiety so the fear free vet practice immediately caught our attention! The office is nice and well decorated. They offered drinks at the front for pet parents. The staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs were interactive with the dogs and explained everything in detail. The dogs were excited to get some cheese during their vaccines and some extra treats while we were there. Dr. Finn was great with the dogs and listened to my concerns and came up with a plan for each dog. The dogs left relaxed and were not upset at all by their visit. That’s definitely a first for them! We signed up for their membership plan and will definitely be back as needed. I definitely recommended giving them a try!"

"I took Feisty to this vet office in July and everybody was super nice even when they called to confirm Feisty's appointment. The office was super clean and easy to find, even for those that are not from Dallas like myself. There was soothing music playing that reminded me of getting a massage. Dr. Finn was super nice and asked questions regarding Feisty's history and explained what he was doing. Feisty will definitely return for her next appointment! Think the cheese excited her more than anything lol. Sara was also very helpful when I was having trouble ordering Feisty's heartworm medication."

"After following Dr. Hunter Finn on Instagram for the last year or so and enjoying his awesome informative videos, I was ecstatic to hear about the opening of Pet Method in McKinney. I was able to get my dogs in quickly for vaccines and annual exam. The staff at Pet Method is so welcoming and loves the dogs. Sarah was amazing and patient answering all of my scheduling questions and welcoming us in. Kaitlyn came right in and sat on the floor with my dogs and started making them feel comfortable and loved on. She was very patient and helped keep them calm and stress free. Dr. Finn provides an atmosphere that is stress free. He also got down on the floor with my dogs and interacted with them. While giving my dog his shots, he provided him with cheese and pet him and he was gentle and my dog didn’t even realize he got shots! It was amazing! His demeanor is very calming and my dogs responded well. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. We plan to continue seeing Dr. Finn. My dogs were very happy and loved on! Taking them to the vet has never been easier and stress free!"
